Depends what kind of biotics. A bunch of Eclipse Vanguards aren't going to stand a chance...

But biotics would have much higher limitations than say a force user, so unfortunately even the asari wouldn't stand a chance against sith/jedi.

If you're talking ME3 biotics then talk galen marek-like force users.
Unless we talk ME1 biotics and generic force users, that would be more on par.
