 I was downloading the Extended Cut DLC but it got cut off at 900+MB (the whole thing is 1.8-something GB).

Now my Origin client lists the DLC as "installed". =(

I try using the "repair install" function and it tries to download the DLC, but it gets error: 7049:403.

Tried:
cancelling and restarting download
pausing and restarting download
removing the DLC file from "Origin Games/Mass Effect 3/BIOGame/DLC" folder (named DLC_CON_END)

Can anyone help

Also, I managed to fix the issue.
