This has already been denied by Priestly.

Remember back in the days when people did their own investegation rather than recycle the hearsay of other publications? Probably not. It was a long time ago.

But the guy who has the office directly across the hall from him has already said its untrue.

Oh noes, he wasn't at a meeting. If I had my way I wouldn't go to any meetings at work either, especially the ones I have to organise.

While I'm skeptical Zeschuk has left BioWare entirely, it does seem entirely believable that the guy is distancing himself from Austin and that BioWare Austin may become EA Austin. Which, considering the amount of work and money that EA put into TOR and the fact that Zeschuk was GM of the Austin studio, that certainly wouldn't come across as a good thing.

I believe that he left the building. It's my contention that he has left the building on numerous occasions and that, while up until now, he has always returned, there will come a day when he returns no more.

Deny that if you can.

It sounds like it is confirmed that he's left Bioware Austin, but he's heading back to Canada to be with his family and take a vacation. He hasn't left the company.

And guess who's running Bioware now?

ME!!!

I have gone from trolling for EA to CEO of Bioware. God how I love my life!

Fine by me if the good doctors leave. I'd love nothing more than to see Bioware free from EA, or at the very least the considerable talent they have under new developers. The rEApers have sucked em' dry, time to move on.
