Basically I had to restart my canon shep for the ME series, just finished ME1 and am now on ME2 Now I didnt want to spend forever scanning for minerals and was wandering if I used Gibbed to give me what I need would that stop me from Importing to ME3?

Like I said the only thing I would change is Minerals thats it so wouldnt touch any plot flags or anything.

You should be fine. I've done the exact same thing many times in ME2 and never had a problem when importing to ME3.
