God yes. But also wave 10 hacks in the middle of Goddess, Reactor, or Giant as well as any hack on London. Let's not forget pizza deliveries on Condor or Rio...

3x last night 1st was wave 10 platinum 2nd wave 11 gold 3rd wave 11 platinum in the end i quit for a few hours....

than managed a whole 6 games in a row before getting disconnects again....

Getting another Eagle in my Commendation Pack.
Also, when I shoot at an Atlas with the cobra and somehow the rocket goes through its legs, leaving the guy intact.

when my shields are down and i've like 3 escape routes........ one with banshee blocking, other with ravanger and the other with brute, so i "scream" well not really but i fee like, because its certain death unless a miracle happens

Game things that annoy me, from gravest to mildest:

The whole Geth faction;
Magnetic Banshee hands;
Wave 10/ 11 disconnects (any DC in fact, but wave 10/ 11 DCs are cruel);
Getting pummeled to death just after reviving with no chance to do any thing;
Ops Pack that only goes off when you are already dead;
Vanguard glitch;
The One Button to Rule them All;
Standing on top of a dying squadmate and just. Not. Reviving. Him.

Errors of my own or my team than annoy me:

Carelessly turning around a corner to find a Turret or a scary spawn mob;
Successfully spending an Ops Pack just to die within 2 seconds from enemy fire;
Getting mowed down by a Turret, using medigel and getting killed again;
Getting ressurrected just to be insta-killed. Double annoyance points if spending a gel;
Missing a Cobra shot;
Missing a crucial Cobra shot;
Use full consumables before finding a lobby... and end up thrown in a match with 3 dead players;
Enter a lobby, spec consumables/ loadout for the chosen enemy faction, start game not realizing the Host changed the enemy;
