When I decide to play a public match or open my own match for 1 or 2 randoms due to lack of availability of friends and I end up with players like this:

1. when you're doing a 4 mission objective wave all alone by yourself when your random teammates are mindlessly killing enemies" and you see a phantom / Prime / Banshee closing in on you as your objective is about to end

2. When your random does not want to use his missile despite 3 Primes, 2 Pyros, 2 Hunters closing in on him with 1 of the Primes being the last Wave 10 target.

3. When your random(s) refuses to revive themselves during a hacking objective and die out.

4. When you get disconnected / kicked out before you extract or complete wave 10.

5. When no. 4 happens during a private plat match and you cannot join back coz #$%$^& some random filled up your spot and refuses to give it up

6. When you blindly SS a target through a smokescreen, only to see yourself SSing an Atlas surrounded by 2 Phantoms beside it.

7. when you finish using up your missiles on wave 1 coz some bug made you press the "5" key and you didn't notice it coz you were busy firing it like a normal weapon.

8. When you fire a cobra at a husk coz you forgot to change your weapon back from the Cobra.

I was just playing Silver. SILVER!, with the Turian Soldier and some randoms and after everyone got grabbed by the same Banshee, I decided to make a run for it and solo the level. I turned my slow-ass Turian around and I got grabbed by a Husk while I was being chased by THE SAME BANSHEE THAT GRABBED MY ENTIRE TEAM. After I brushed the Husk off of me, I was insta-grabbed by THE SAME BANSHEE THAT WIPED MY ENTIRE TEAM.

I felt so ashamed, and for that, I decided to quit the game altogether.

People who use useless mods, like Smart Choke on the Crusader, Plasma Shotgun, Graal, or Reegar Carbine.

Really goddamn stupid mods are pretty close after useless ones.

Disconnects during gold and platinum matches. Consumables gone, time and effort wasted. Not cool man, not cool.

Smart choke actually helps on the crusader if you're not using it for cqc

What makes me scream oh god no in multiplayer? When on even bronze difficulty we get that 1 banshee that is extreamly horny and she sync kills me from behind then proceeds to sync kill all 3 other players that refuse to use cobra missiles even when they're the only one left.

Community has been using that sense the R2Detour was released .... I don't remember who came up with it first. It was in a thread that someone made asking what we should call it.

While the matchmaking send me to join an aready started platinum match while i was searching a U,U,B match with a level 1 character

And while i end to be the only survivor of the team without any medigel left.

People that try to "help" my cloaked infiltrator hack objectives by standing next to him/her to attract all the rockets and Banshees.

Getting DCed on wave 10/extraction

Getting DCed a round or two into a match where I loaded up on high level consumables

Getting Geth white five times in a row searching for unknown unknown

Hosting unknown unknown and getting Geth White

Hosting unknown unknown and getting Reapers 4/5 times

Using a missile on two Banshees and immediately hearing two screams from the totally not the same Banshees that just respawned

The fact that because of this the "Reaper" faction mind as well just be renamed more honestly to "Banshees"

Having charge decide it doesn't want to trigger when pressed frantically and would instead rather watch the Phantom pew pew my face off

Dodging a Banshee ball only to have it loop around and smack me in the back or fly through a solid corner or other misc solid object

Getting stun locked and killed by a Hunter while he staggers back with his gun pointed at the floor

People who host lobbies then go afk while the other three of us all get to wait and languish with our hopefull little green checkmarks

There's probably more I've momentarily forgotten. I've got quite a few hours in this game.

A few things. For example, the rockets that go through walls, same with Banshee's shoot abitility, forgot what it is called..then Players who don't understand game objectives, they go and solo themselves to only get killed during a hacking process, etc. Oh, and the randomly occuring lag issue where enemies won't take damage and you can't refill your ammo.

Not sure how much of a community thing it is, but I saw someone else make the reference, and I approved.

Last night I played one round where I noticed that the Drop Ship was still chilling in the Landing Zone all match. Then I noticed that I couldn't use ladders up or down (though I was on Condor so that didn't really matter). Then late in the match both me and the host instantly died and bled out, and we then ended up losing the match. Then we tried a new match, and as I ran by the LZ, I saw...the Drop Ship hovering again. Luckily we played much faster and won before we started having Sudden Death Syndrome.
