Edit:

I created a Poll: Vote

IMO, I would. I'm not a fan of Liara. But that's just me. I know there's many others who like her. But for me, I would like this DLC not simply just to kill off Liara, but a DLC where the Choice could be given. What would the DLC be? May the Community give some suggestions & ideas for future ME content.

yes, I would pay for this. I would like Liara to be replace with other great characters
  • Wrex (Wreav)
  • Miranda
  • Jack
  • Samara
  • Thane
  • Zaeed
  • Grunt
May your responses be with Reason & Maturity. Thread is not for yelling, name calling, four letter words etc......

Maybe. I don't want to get banned if I complain how much she's EVERYWHERE and how annoying it is.<_<

I would like a DLC with a choice of killing off characters. I'm kind of sad that they didn't put the VS/Liara choice in the leaked script into the game because I wanted something dramatic like that.

I mean, I like Liara. I have nothing against her. I just like having choices. But then again, considering her role in the story, the only time you could kill her would have to be post-Thessia/post-Eden Prime. Otherwise they'd mess up a huge chunk of the game.

Only if there's another DLC where your favorite character dies.

Problem with characters dying is that they lose chance for having a solid plot being centered around them in the future. This is not the case here, since ME3 is final.

But they would have to come up with some shady standins for Thessia and Eden Prime, time better used to create more actual content. So I would be against.

Personally I think Lair of the Shadow Broker should've ended with you choosing to side with Liara or the Shadow Broker. If you would choose the Shadow Broker then in Mass Effect 3 Liara would've been replaced with a biotic agent working under the Shadow Broker.

I was thinking of a replacement. She's the SB so this would be, dramatic right?

what about Admiral Hackett? He IMO would make a great replacement

I only want her to shut the F up and stop coming into my cabin. Why does she appear instead of my LI when I've had nightmares? :P They gave her too much time even if you didn't romance her....  And you can't skip it either, she appears whatever u do.

Oh, and she can stop QQ crying too. Earh has been under reaper attack for A LOT longer than thessia and she loses it. QQ less, pwn moar !

I don't understand why people keep asking to kill Liara. Bioware likes her. They aren't about to kill her off.
Edit: Plus the logistical side of things. They'd have to spend time making stand-ins for her rather than adding actual story content to the DLC.

This is a rehash of a thousand other threads that all say the same thing, one way or another: I hate Liara and I'm mad at BioWare for her blue head fringe ever invading the sanctity of Mass Effect Universe!

Whilst I don't particularly like Liara, advocating the ability to kill her off just for the sake of it seems a bit petty.

Now, being able to have Shepard not automaticlaly treat her like her bestest friend for everest pretty much all the time? That'd be great. I'd like that. But then, that's more a problem with Shepard being increasingly less and less our character than it is anything specific to Liara.

To be fair, the game has a tendancy of grabbing the player by the wrist from time to time and going all "you're going to take Liara with you whether you like it or not" on them. I can see how that might get a bit frustrating if you don't actually want her.

But again, not just a specific issue with Liara.

My favourites were Legion, Mordin and Garrus, in that order. They already pretty much covered that.

Because she cares about you. And your LI just uses you for your Lazarus-enhanced body.

This thread needs more Liara.

well, the DLC isn't about just to kill her off. I mean, the option is there. The DLC could be focus on Miranda & Jack and if the player decides to bring Liara, the option of her stay behind like Grunt's Last Standing where Liara dies in victory for a better cause, I think it would work.

again it's not just about Liara dying
