This DLC could also replace Shepard's voice with Kevin Conroy's.SergeantSnookie wrote...

Hmmm.
What reason could the terrorist organization want with Shepard's body? Oh, I guess they just want to bury her. That sounds right.
She had no reason to suspect anything else, because no one had yet been brought back from the dead. The Lazarus Project is supposed to be the first time in human history (and the history of the current civilizations of the galaxy) that anyone had been brought back from the dead.
How was Liara to suspect something which had previously been beyond the reach of medical science?
At any rate, you are arguing against what is actually in the comics. Liara does not find out about the Lazarus Project until after Shepard's corpse has been recovered.
Quite frankly I'm also not quite sure why anyone who doesn't like Liara would hold her supporting role in the Lazarus Project up as a reason not to like her. After all, without it the Reapers win. It is hard to argue against the results.
Liara is an organic that should know making a shrine to a living person is kinda ****ing creepy.
First, the shrine wasn't dedicated to someone who was living. It was dedicated to Shepard while he or she was dead.
Second, there isn't anything creepy about keeping mementos of a person you cared about that died. It is a fairly normal expression of grief and mourning in human culture, and nothing that a psychiatrist would diagnose as being abnormal.
There isn't anything wrong with just not liking Liara. But some of the reasons often put forward for not liking her are nonsensical or based on 'fan' exaggerations of the actual content or dialogue in game. It is no different than the people who hate Ashley because according to them she's a bible-thumping racist, even though she isn't.

I agree.
Next game should revolve around Javik being; Counciller, Ambassador for his race, King of the Hanar etc.. Would be a very good game imo

Killing them doesn't magically bring more content to other characters. The resources were already spentSpeezy wrote...
If you don't want Garrus and Tali then you can easily get rid of them. Killing Garrus doesn't even change anything in ME3.

Not my decision.
But I was talking about ME3, since that's where the current resources are being used. I Don't see them adding extra content for those not on the Normandy if they've got nothing to do with the DLC.

If we're talking only ME3, they can totally add new content for those that are not on Normandy. They did it for them in the base game, nothing prevents them from doing it in DLC

Why is it just Liara that you want killed off and replaced? Why can't it be any character you don't like and have that character replaced with a better one?

Not matter how much I/we want a character based DLC, it's not going to happen. It will be story based, and if they can fit characters into it, bonus.

I'd probably save Liara anyway, though. After Team Dextro, Liara was always a preferred character in the series for me.

I don't know how to really put it. That kind of behavior seems weird for her unless you romanced her in ME1 (mainly because she doesn't act as if she has some huge friendship with you in ME1 if you don't romance her), but from Geth, who you believed in the last game was your enemy, is more flattering imo. Not that I would find it wrong to be flattered that Liara would do similar things though.
To me it just comes off as a little strange.
It was handled pretty badly, yeah and that's what I call bad, not a pair of fifty second scenes where she talks to Shepard.
Doesn't she keep Shepard's dog tags too? I played it a while ago and thought she had them on her desk or something.
I don't know, though I remember she says she asked Hackett to recover them.
If so I found that a little creepy, but more reasonable that keeping some of the armor Shepard wore.
But I can deal with all that and not have some kind of hate for her or anything like that. I just think of her as a really awkward friend in the game. It just feels that they went overboard sometimes with her creepyness. While legion had only his one moment that I can recall.
As I said, I think the unromanced version in LotSB was handled in a pretty bad way. However she's not alone in this. Tali's sudden I wish Shepard was here with me on Haestrom, and her downloaded files and suit applications like Understanding Body Language:Human Edition and Nerve-Stim-whatever was another thing that felt weird to me.
