So again, I don't see why Liara can't die like everyone else.
Play the game with low EMS and take Liara on the beam rush.
I'm not sure why it keeps being repeated that Liara is invincible, when she isn't. She can die at the end of the game just like every other member of the squad.
lol
this guy won't accept the answer. therefore he's asking why liara is invincible when we already know she isn't.
though she was invincible before the EC.

Of all the things that people could ask for, they would ask for a DLC with the express intent of killing off a character.

yeah. Shepard already had the Cipher knowledge.
Liara seriously was useless. I rather had bring Zaeed & Jesse

Now the Liara haters can shut the **** up, and the Liara lovers like me can take her with us as usual if we so choose.

You don't need to kill her off ( that is a bit extreme ), I just wish she wasn't always forced on me all the time. None of my Shepard's and Liara are close enough to be be called friends so I don't understand why she's always behaving in an overly familiar fashion with my Shepard(s) , why she's always in my cabin, why her father calls my Shepard(s) her boyfriend/girlfriend, why I'm forced to do that very intimate mind melding crap at the end of the game with her. I don't even understand why she's on the Normandy, surely she's more useful working on the crucible since she doesn't do squat as an info broker in ME3, couldn't we had an option to recruit her or someone else.
This.

I think this sums up Liara pretty well too.
I feel the same way, I got through ME2 fine without her and I could have gotten through ME1 without her as well. I guess you are talking to the person who didn't bother to bring her to Noveria and got through the storyline without her.
Liara was created to appeal to a certain group of people. As a straight female, her characer did nothing for me but remind me how most games are made to appeal to only straight men... so I couldn't help at the time but to roll my eyes and say "yeah, this is lame".
I would have not mind killing her off, she was a boring character to me.
Actually, if you knew anything at all about Liara fanbase; you would know straight-females romance her too. ALso Jennifer hale has said her favorite romance is Liara, so:whistle:

I love Liara. Giving the players who don't like her the choice to off her is completely fine by me. I say why not add some more wrinkles in the story? Maybe this choice -gasp- could actually matter?!
Definitely be nice to see the major consequences. I mean, look at those who killed Wrex.
Wreav is replaced. What about Maleon's data? Eve dies if you destroyed it. But Mordin lives (depending on choice)
I say Liara should be replace with Hackett

You people do realize that Liara is the reason for your Shepards being alive (apart from Miri's expertise of course). U should be so lucky to have a friend like her character is. I mean Liara is sketched to care for Shepard even if he's a ******!
This is honestly what makes her so creepy.

When you mention killing her in the title, it's pretty clear that that is ultimately what would appeal to you. No matter how much you try and doll it up by stating you would give her a "victorious" death, it's obvious that her death would be satisfying to you, and what you most want in the DLC.

1.) Hackett pretty much tells you about it. So no need for Liara there.
2.) EDI, or even a terminal, could tell you how to deal with Javik.
3.) Asari councilor gives you the codes for the door.
This.

well yeah. I never did hid that.
But I also gave the Option (not a demand). Also, I said over many other times.
The DLC isn't about Just to kill Liara. The DLC would be like any other DLC (more story/character content/new misions etc) with the Option of Liara death scene. This Death Scene isn't some cruel/evil thing. I stated to others of how, I think if Liara's death would be in Honor. Similar to
Grunt's Last Stand & the Virmire Scene.
this would Honor Liraa's character (appealing to Liara fans if they choose this) also, Appealing those who don't like Liara fans who rather have someone else. etc...

Liara got lead to the beacon by her network and Hackett gave her access to it.
She found/discovered the blueprints that had eluded the human researchers for what 30+ years? And found out it was a powerfull device/weapon.
She then told hackett about it.
He got a copy of the blueprints and sent it to a bunch of scientists.
Hackett asked her to come to Mars & search the archives to see if there was anything they could use to stop the Reapers.
She found/discovered blueprints which weren't being searched for until shortly before ME3 started. Very possible they DID find the Crucible plans before, but ignored them since it wasn't relevant at the time.
She then told Hackett about it, because he was the one who hired her to look for something that could fight the Reapers.
Hackett receives copy of the blueprints after Shepard flies in & saves Liara's blue ass.

Only people I've willingly killed across the trilogy were Kaidan, Ashley and Jacob.
I lost Thane once on accident.
