You've said that multiple times, but it doesn't change the fact that this is just baiting another Liara hate thread because you singled her out specifically.  Why not ask if people want a DLC that replaces any of the characters with ones from ME1 or 2?  By only asking about Liara, you're essentially asking the question "do you guys hate Liara?"

Even if it's only an option, it still takes resources away from the actual DLC to create stand-ins in the main plot. I don't want that.

By replacing her stuff, you wouldn't really be getting any new content ... just recycled content delivered by new voice actors (which would still cost money to get them back and record those lines).
Why would you want to go about it this way rather than all-new content with different squaddies? The only thing I can think of is you want to see less of Liara, which I guess I'll just never understand.

But for me, I would like this DLC not simply just to kill off Liara, but a DLC where the Choice could be given. What would the DLC be? Well, instead of making character-specific threads, why not make one that is more general, as in "would you support a DLC that kills a member of your team off and replaces them with a character from ME2?"  I think the answers will still generally be the same, but you never know.

In this case, I think would work. I mean, many other fan bases would like to see less Liara. I've spoken to them on these threads. They are in agreement. They've shown substantial reasons.

I didn't post this in the thread, but I was thinking of a Victorous Liara Death. Like similar to Grunt's Last Stand. Where she's "sacrificiing herself" for a better cause.

This IMO would be great. It'll show her character as in Honor (pleasing Liara fans & Bioware) also pleasing other fans who don't like her.

I think I've shown respect to Liara in this matter.

very true. I don't hide the fact I don't like her. I've already expressed that in the OP.

but yes, it'll bring flame wars. It's almost impossible not too on BSN. So I've accepted it

Okay, I said earlier (in a different post) but I was thinking of how to replace Liara & her death to be meaningful and respectful at the same time:

To replace Liara with someone who can fulfil her role. Admiral Hackett is my choice. I won't give reason, the name itself is my reason. He's also one of my fav characters (so there's that bias opinion)

Liara's death, to respectfully have this to please 1. Liara fans 2. Bioware Dev. 3. us non-liara fans

I think something like Grunt's Last Stand. Something Victrorious. Something that shows her Character & Honor. Liara's death in Valor would be her sacrificing herself for a better cause

I don't have the paitence to respond vermbaitley since I'm about to Pump Iron. But I hope this sums up what I'm trying to say respectfully.
