The way I see it ME3 would have had a lot more impact if every one of Sheps friends had kicked the bucket at some stage in the game.

I give a few examples.

1. Ash kicks the bucket after being facepalmed to death by Dr Eva.
2. Liara gets crushed to death by falling masonry in the temple on Thessia.
3. Kelly Chambers murdered in front of Shep by Cerberus Thugs.
4. Diana Allers pushed out of an airlock.
5. Joker killed during the battle for earth.
6. Edi sacrifices herself for Joker and dies.
7. Chakwas dies after drinking a bottle from Sheps cabinet , tripping and cracking her head on the facial reconstruction equipment.
8. Garrus dies during the raid on the citadel - at his favorite place on the citadel - with the line ' i'm Garrus vakarian and this is my favorite....arggghhhhh'

I wish we had something similar to the suicide mission or a Virmire situation in ME3, especially considering the fact that we're at war with the Reapers this time. Something that makes you feel proud the first time you manage to get everyone/ most people alive in the end. Or, you know, a convenient way of getting rid of people you don't like, if you feel like doing it.

This is why your thread title is "If Liara could be killed"...not "if Liara could be replaced".

Your main intention for this thread was about killing off Liara.

Wanting a character killed off instead of just replaced is more about hate than just simple dislike or preference for another character.

Just noticed your response, I completely forgot I asked you something.

The Samara death you mentioned is a generic death that can happen to almost any ME2 squaddie... I thought you were refering to her possible ME3 death, and that is not a bit heroic to me.

As for Wrex... well, depends. In Krogan terms, it might be considered heroic. I can agree.

Alright then, I will stop derailing this thread since my opinion is easy here: Make it possible if you want to, Bioware, I will never do it.
