"Have mercy on a wounded old warrior and let us leave." - Samara to Shepard after killing her daughter. I cry every time.

1) * the report of Aresh dying in defense of the escape vessel with children who had lost an evacuation lottery *
There's no way I'd let the game ship without attempting to animate that scene.
2) * Liara's description of Shepard for the time capsule *
3) "Does this unit have a...?"
4) "I made a mistake!!"
5) "Maybe I'm just a high-tech VI that THINKS it's Commander Shepard..."
6) Cavanagh to Ichii (written:) "...I'm never living down having to apologize to a Geth for shooting one of it's damn lights off..." Was supposed to be a joke but, triggered this whole head-canon thing where I saw someone becoming great friends with a Geth then, a group of guys sitting around a fire listening to the Geth prime give Legion's perspective of Shepard and explain the freak secret of "the armor that called to it's mistress..."
Edit: 0) "You did good, Child."
Anderson looks like my dad talking to my younger sister.

Last conversation with Liara before the Normandy flies off.
Runner up: "You did good son. I'm... proud of you."

I forgot about one that probably got me the most out of the game.
"I've been counting."
"Anything in particular?"
"The number of days you lengthened my life."

I also though of "I am the Catalyst." when I considered the thread title.
It's the saddest (as in most pathetic) line ever uttered in this trilogy. It's like the wave of terrible writing all throughout ME3 finally breaking upon the shore, the moment where you fully realize that the ending was not going to be triumphant or spectacular—no, it's going to be every bit as bad as you had begun to fear while playing through the game.

"Because you still have hope that this war will end with your honor intact. Stand in the ashes of a trillion dead souls, and ask the ghosts if honor matters. The silence is your answer."
Dunno, this sentence gave me the weirdest/saddest feeling i had through the whole series, it really made me think and pause the game for a minute.

For some reason, a line that always gets to me is:
Anderson: We just need to get a handful of troops through.
Garrus: *Bittersweet chuckle.* That all?
Really hit it home that sh** was about to hit the fan.

Nevermind saddest line in ME3. More like saddest line i've seen on any support.
