The entire conversation between the doctor and the asari huntress at Huerta - even though it was taken right from an episode of M.A.S.H.

"Mordin, Wrex, now Miranda..."

I felt absolutely terrible when Joker said this line. I shot Mordin in the back to stop him from curing the genophage, and then I put Wrex down like a rabid dog when he confronted me on the Citadel. I was making decisions based on how to best save the galaxy... had to sacrifice a lot of good friends to get there :(

Oh god, this. I usually am the upbeat, positive type of Shep, but for some reason I can never contridict Kaidan when he says this.

Most have already been mentioned (Thane, Mordin, Legion, Anderson), but also:

"I can't lose you again."
"Don't leave me behind."
-Kaidan

Shepard quoting "The Charge of the Light Brigade" to Ash

"You ready?"
"I'm ready."
"Then let's get it done and go home."
"Aye, aye, Captain."-Shepard and Ash's goodbye

Everything in Miranda's death scene.
Hearing Shepard's dead squadmates whispering during the nightmares

I don't even remember exactly what he says, but if you choose to shoot Mordin and then they make you watch him fail as he bleeds out...I want to cry thinking about that scene...

Anderson: "You did good, child... You did good. I'm proud of you."

Liara: "I... am yours."

Shepard: "Shepard and Vakarian storming heaven... I guess there are worse ways this could end."

Mordin: "Shepard please, need to do this. Need to see it through. For her. Would have liked to run tests on the seashells" - pretty much the whole sequence in fact.

Krogan Shaman: "May her courage fan the flames of hope for the future. She is now the true mother of Tuchanka."

Thane's son:  "The Prayer was not for him. It was for you." (or smething along those lines)

When Shepard blames herself for Eve's death and Wrex comforts her saying she proved to be a friend to his people. Don't remember the exact lines and I can't find the scene on youtube because apparently most people who had Eve dying had also killed Wrex in ME1.

David Archer: "The square root of 906.01 equals...."
Shepard: "30.1"

:crying:

Also, am I the only one who always gets a little depressed at Joker's "Damn it..." before jumping out of system?

Seth Green did a damn good job on that line.

You always have a choice Shepard.  If you don't find what we're both looking for we can part ways.

I spent the whole first playthrough of ME 2 looking for that option to pop up.Image IPB

Guide this one to where the traveler never tires,
The lover never leaves,
The hungry never starve.

Guide this one Kalihira,
And she will be a companion to you as she was to me.

It was so bittersweet to watch Thane spending his last moments praying for Shepard :(

Legion and Mordin's lines before their respective deaths were also heart-wrenching.

A toss up between...

"You did good, son. You did good. I'm proud of you."

or...

"Guide this one to where the traveller never tires, the lover never leaves, the hungry never starve. Guide this one Kalihira, and he will be a companion to you as he was to me."

Also, this whole scene.

"So the Illusive Man was right after all" It's sad because it's another piece of auto-dialogue and an excellent example of something my Shepard would never say.

Seriously though Samantha talking to Fem Shep, talking about dogs and kids was good, and Anderson death scene is good
