I'm not, voice acting for animation or games looks like the new cool thing to do, that and it's not like it's raining acting parts for everyone these days.

Now, who is this awesome person who voiced the glowy-eyed human warrior in the Sacred Ashes trailer? Oh, how I'd love to have that voice for my human noble!

That's Mark Shepard (Russo Lampkin in Battlestar Galactica, Badger in Firefly, the bad guy in the first episode of White Collar, etc.). He's got an awesome voice. Wish he had done one of the human voice sets.


EDIT: Actually, I'm not too positive on this now. I'm positive he's the one in the TV spots that use the Sacred Ashes trailer, but in the trailer itself the guy speaks so little that I can't be sure.

Wow, I've been WAY too busy for WAY too long, but hopefully I'll be able to play this game this week and start weeping for joy. Its become impossible to find, but one of the developers referred to Shale as "Her" in a thread about specializations. It is likely the highly modified voice of an actress.

Claudia Black is emminently bangable. Kate Mulgrew has the worst voice of all time. I hope she has an absolute minimal role and that we can skip through here voice.

And yes, having Minsc, Ashley Williams, Wrex, Saren, Howling Mad Murdock / Reg Barclay, Calo Nord, Saul Karath, Tuvok, Juhani, Nathan Drake, Kain, Frank N. Furter, Spike Spiegel, Aeryn Sun and tons of other famous voices in DA is very cool.


Hmmm, just noticed a few VAs that I thought would be in DA are missing (Jennifer Hale, Grey DeLisle, Tatyana Yassukovich, Jennifer Lawrence).  Oh well.
