Played my first game using the Sacramento Kings against the Memphis Grizzlies and lost. I can tell it'll take a few games to get used to the new controls. I highly recommend going into the practice mode and completing the training.

Amazon has it.
According to that link, it looks like they aren't releasing a d/l version until the 16th.

Due to the PSN deal "Spend $100 in October and you'll receive a $20 voucher for November" I decided to buy the digital PSN version of 2K13. I'm going to go straight into MyCareer mode to satisfy my RPG fix.

I did a Dream Team vs Team USA CPU game and Team USA won by 10. It was a pretty exciting game tbh.

So after 18 days with the game I'm very disappointed in MyCAREER mode. There's some kind of bug in the game that keeps plays from being run automatically. This is a BIG problem if your position isn't the point guard (which I'm not). I'm wondering if Visual Concepts and 2K tests these modes enough. Not only because this part of the mode is broken but because all of the pre-release info on MyCAREER never once brought up the use of play calling.

Interesting. I have avoided it since the PC version still isn't released (and seems to lack much of the support I was looking forward too).

1st NBA game I've played since I think NBA 2K9 or was it 2K6? Can't remember. It's still really hard to guard the perimeter in this game. Players can jack up 3's like it's a monsoon. Still though it's very fun to break a player down off the dribble and drive the lane for a sweet alley-oop, layup, monster dunk or dish for an open J.
Also the Raptors finally have a player over 80 lol and Jonas Valanciunas is ranked way to low. That kid is a stud Center. Maybe he's not all that yet but the future is bright.
