Going to wait for some honest reviews,If I don't like what I hear or see then i'll either wait a few months or not buy it at all.Come on Bioware don't let this be strike three for me,Strike one was Dragon Age II,Strike 2 was Mass Effect 3,if theirs a strike three with the next Dragon Age game then i'm done with you.

I will preorder it and play it so I can write a review the people waiting for a review can read and make up their minds on buying it or not.

"I'm going to wait for reviews, but I'm leaning against buying. It's gotta be something truly impressive to get my money. Anything less than excellent, forget about it."

They'd also have to make the world feel alive none of this ****ty gameplay/story segregation. Why was I able to cast Firestorm in the middle of a city filled with Templars?

Story can't be about saving the world and if there are any politics then it has to be handled well.

I just hope they are able to take their time with it, I believe DA2 had only 18 months production time compared to something like 6 years for DA:O.

I'm sure they will do a great job writing interesting companion story arcs, and I'm hoping for more engaging side quests and branching faction questlines this time, perhaps a couple more joinable factions, more time to work on the environments and levels, this would all be fantastic.

One thing I really enjoyed in DA:O was the different origin stories for different types of races and backgrounds you can choose. Greatly enhanced the replay value.

Once again I'm convinced no one even knows what a dating sim is.

Oh come on everyone on BSN probably says Bioware games are dating sims as an exaggerating see as how Bioware spends more time on the romance than actual story.

Not only that but BW has a segment of it's fanbase whose primary reason for buying their games are the "romances".

Well as long as they could make a better story by cutting romances than i don't think that a lot of people would have a problem with it.

Unless the previews give me the feeling it's a bonafide game of the year, I will not purchase it on launch.

Post-Launch, I'll wait for Critic/Fan Reviews to get a feeling for what's working, and what's not.

Simple as that.

I won't be getting it. I haven't even played DA:O and I didn't like DA2 based on the demo. If it's really good, I might consider buying but only if it's already heavily discounted. Problem is, it would most likely not be available on Steam so I doubt that it's gonna get a big discount.

In short, nope.

Well, let's see:

KotOR: Good, not great
SC:tDB: great
ME1: great
DA:O: great
ME2: great
DA ][: good, not quite great
ME3: great

I have every intention of buying DA ]|[.

Nope.

1.  It'll likely still be nothing like Dragon Age Origins,  thanks to EA.
2.  It'll require Origins on the PC,  and I'm not installing that thing on my PC.
3.  It's an EA game,  so it'll have forced multiplayer to sell Online Passes and Day 1 DLC chopped out of the game.

Same reasons why I won't buy Simcity either.
