Nope.

1.  It'll likely still be nothing like Dragon Age Origins,  thanks to EA.
2.  It'll require Origins on the PC,  and I'm not installing that thing on my PC.
3.  It's an EA game,  so it'll have forced multiplayer to sell Online Passes and Day 1 DLC chopped out of the game.

Same reasons why I won't buy Simcity either.

I personally won't be getting Simcity because of the always-online requirement, which is a shame because I loved Simcity 4.

I'll buy, but I will probably wait a few months or more to buy used or for a price drop. Can't see myself buying it at full price.

Thats what i do with every game that gonna have tons of DLCs. I just can't see myself spending more than 150 PLN on a computer game. Oh and DA2 was disappointing but still good so i'm not worried about the quality of part three.

Same.  I haven't played SimCity in a long time, but have fond memories of it.

Yes I will. Such has been the way of it for me for all BW console RPGs. No reason to stop now lol! xD

At this point, I'm going to buy it regardless of what changes they make. Bioware hooked me with Dragon Age & unless this one turns out to be utter garbage (Which I'm sure it won't) I'll probably buy all DA related games day of release We will have to wait and see I think. I like the idea of controlling my own combat, as far as sword fighting goes anyway, but I don't want it in place of having those talent attacks. Thats what makes an RPG fun, is building different characters and choosing different talents and spells.

I picked one of the "waiting for review" options even though that's not exactly it. I am waiting to see it and try it and hear some personal impressions from some people who actually know what they are talking about when it comes to RPGs (many professional reviewers unfortunately do not),

I won't buy it if I'm not convinced, but on the other hand I will definitely give it a chance to win me over.

I never did buy DA2 . The demo was just so damn ugly, and the gameplay was meh. From what I've heard I'd probably like the game OK if I ever do play it, though; people whose tastes I share generally think it was pretty good.

Dunno what that means for DA3. I hit "waiting for review" in the poll.

The reuse of areas was one of the big problems for me. Other than that, I disliked the random enemy spawns during combat, and in general combat just seemed less flashy and more natural in Origins. I absolutely hated the strongly tiered loot.

I think DA2 it was a step back in every way, but it had good elements too.

Yeah. I'd go even further than that - I personally consider the list of "professional review" interests that gave DA2 anything like 90%, a flat out list of review interests that cannot be trusted. I think you can even check a reviewer and see what they gave DA2 to see if you're wasting your time.

Whether that is because they are blatantly dishonest, severely mentally impaired or just terrible at their jobs is academic.

I think it's silly to make a decision now when we know next-to-nothing about it so far.

I know next to nothing about Uwe Boll's next film but know enough to steer clear away from it like this.

I can't not buy it. As disconnected as the games have been, I view not finishing like reading The Fellowship of the Ring and The Two Towers and then saying, "Nah, I'm done here." However, it will not be a preorder or day one purchase. Will wait for a price drop or two.

This.
I  haven't even bought DA2 because I've been waiting to source a physical copy around the Aus$10 mark and that hasn't happened yet.

I'll probably buy it.

I hope it doesn't have a co-op style multiplayer like ME3. A PvP arena would be okay, but I much rather have a co-op mode for the single player story line campaign.

....You did not just compare the progression between DA:O and DA2 to those two books.

Reading that made me want to throw up.

That analogy would work if Boll actually produced something good.

I didn't mean to say they were at all similar. LoTR is miles better and actually flows together where DA:O and DA2 were basically entirely different games set in the same world. Mostly I meant that I couldn't just stop reading a book trilogy in the second book and I can't do the same here either. I have to finish the story, even if they're totally disconnected.

Definitely my take on the state of Dragon Age right now. Either way, the BG: Enchanced edition comes out soon.

I'm fairly sure I'll buy it. However, my stance on the issue will certainly change if I am aware of a design decision I simply cannot stand... pretty much a given, but still.

Sadly this is the more likely scenario.

No way am I pre-ordering. Will wait to see what the reviews (fan reviews mainly) say and make a decision from there.

Since it's been made clear they're sticking with anti-roleplaying voiced PC and paraphrasing system, the odds of me buying it are extremely small. It's possible I suppose, but I don't see it happening.

Since I've got Gamefly and will 95% more than likely be playing it Release Day as a rental, I'll try and get the word out on my opinions of it. As someone who, currently, wouldn't pre-order and would be hesitant to purchase, I may have a review that someone might find informative.

Very bad and undesired descriptions I encounter in DA II forums about the DA 3, has made me displeased with the direction it goes.
