I am having trouble with some of the bonus items as advertised on the Dragone Age 2 official site ( http://dragonage.bioware.com/da2/home/ ). The first is the Staff of Parthalan, it says in order to recive this item you must register for the bioware newsletter, i have tried over and over again but every time no matter what i put in a message pops up saying ERROR : Newsletter signup currently unavailable. My second problem is with The High Lord's Belt and Pendant of the Morning Frost and it says in order to recive this you Must have an achievement / trophy from each of the three main DLC's, so i have all the DLC's and i have several trophies from eatch but i have not recived the items. If anyone can help it would be mutch apreciated.

I would suggest to get a hold of customer service, but I have been trying to go through them to solve the problem but it hasn't been solved at all. Just don't go to the live chat option. I have been told three times to delete my personal game saves, not the data utility save three times. They don't know what they are doing.

i contacted customer support and they told me to wright on the forms and hopefully someone there could solve my problems.

I contacted customer support just a few minutes ago about the staff and belt. I told them the problem I was having with the newsletter and they updated my account to where I would receive them. Its not showing up on my account yet. But we will see what happens.

Yup, I got them. Hmm, I wonder why you guys are having trouble... ? I chatted with them online and they were nothing but helpful. I'm sorry you guys.

Just realised that there is an extra step required to get the two 3-DLC bonuses. Maybe it'll help?
