well thats it, i buy it with bioware points, the veteran never shows, then i buy a spectre one, that went well, but then i wanted to buy another one with the points i got left, and nothing happen! really mad, what should i do?

Same thing happened to me, man. Come out of Origin then log back in. Check your character, weapon and mods and your should find new stuff waiting.
It's a glitch in the new 'improved' Origin!

Exiting and reloading worked for me. What a stupid glitch! The game has been so buggy this weekend. People unable to add bioware points in the store, packs not opening properly, and personally I kept getting disconnected in the middle of matches, which has never happened to me before today.

i have the same issue i bought 2000 BP to give my account a big premium spectre boost and the first time the pack didnt show up so i thought "huh thats wierd.... probably just a one off it wass working fine last night" 2nd one "happened again.... should probably contact support" and the 3rd... well thats rediculous it wouldnt bother me as much if i was getting anything form em but im not so i've wasted 720 point son this F***kin bug i want my points reimbursed and this problem fixed -;;;;-

In my case, logging out and in just worked a few times.
In the end it was money trhrown down the toillet, since Bioware/EA doesn't have or doesn't offer support for that kind of glitch (couldn't find it).

It seems for this to help it requires cloud storage to be enabled. Beware that if cloud storage is off, and then enabled, even if just from a software update, that the default is to erase all of your local game files.

The hilarious part...in a not-so-hilarious way...is that if you hit the enter key to speed through the menus, your local files are deleted. You MUST pay attention when cloud storage is involved. If you don't have cloud storage on, then logging out and back in via origin will solve nothing in terms of lost shop purchases.

Viking, that sucks, I'm sorry to hear that. Didn't want to come over as an apologist for BioWare. The system has been glitchy since the release of the new 'improved' Origin and something should be done about it. Suggestions?
