Just heard a brief snippet of uncharted worlds during the NBC coverage of the men's 400m. Nothing world shaking, but an unexpected cameo regardless.

I definitely heard it too. It was during the segment with American sprinter Bryshon Nellum.

I just heard this. I was squealing like a little girl (on the inside though, because it would be a little weird for a person of my age to do it vocally).

I'm really glad I'm not the only one who recognized this. It was my biggest "oh s***" moment all day. Seems they remixed it, though. Added some bass, took out pretty much everything but the basic melody. Still, pretty cool.

I heard it too. It was about the 400 meter runner that got shot in both legs. I was surprised to hear it.

It was the Uncharted/New Worlds version in ME 2 if I'm not mistaken.

I suspect some of the ME music must have been licensed as production music at some point. I've heard snippets on several History Channel "documentaries" as well. I noticed NBC is using a lot Two Steps From Hell also.

Mass Effect music is used throughout the show. The first time is within the first 2 mintues.

BBC have used Mass Effect music for a while now. Something similar to part of the track 'Suicide Mission' was added to the Dr Who soundtrack 'I am the Doctor'.
