Ever since the server went down a few days ago, I have experienced many problems related to the points store and multiplayer.

- I cannot purchase any points, I tried to buy the new firefight dlc and buy some points for leviathan in advance but I cannot as each time I go to order the points a message pops up telling me the action is temporarily unavalible and tells me to wait a few minutes.

- Galaxy at war will not load for me since the crash.

- Since the crash, I have been continuously losing connection to servers i have tried to join. Usually being kicked late into the round.

- I also experience Heavy lag when i try to host servers, this also appears to affect the other players in my server too.

None of these issues existed for me before the crash, I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing similar problems, and if there was a way of fixing this?

Bioware Points you can get from Profile>Add Bioware Points
Protip: Don't buy any packs ingame. I already wasted 320pts that I haven't gotten back.

And 10 bucks says you won't be able to download the DLC anyway. This is a cluster**** that puts Korean diplomacy to shame.

Actually ingame purchases have THIS problem.

So if you can actually get the game running, and multiplayer up twice then you can purchase packs.

Ya, new and REALLY improved origin. Still can't get anything through the bloody client though.

Yeah, same here. I got points (as per Girzah method). Also Origin points are £14.99 for 1600, via Profile>Add Points they are £13.00.

What I have noticed is that the email confirmation (buy via PayPal) comes from DA. I wonder if this could be the issue? That somehow ME3 doesn't recognise them, although BW points should be BW points regardless how you purchase them.

Could Tech Support deny or confirm this?
I had no trouble connecting to the servers, although I still lose connection on a regular basis. But I lost 480 points trying to but Premium Spectre Packs (I just want to find something :S). I restarted the game twice as was suggested above, but still no points

BTW, I also acquired points by 'profile>add_points' and got the Dragon Age confirmation.

I also had to use profile>add points due to store malfunction, but then I ran into the next problem, which was the packs not opening properly so I was forced to exit and reload the game, and then search through my menus for all the new things added in the packs. Ugh what a mess of bugs this weekend.

I am looking for where you would actually talk to or communicate with a Customer support person. If you spend real money to buy Bioware points and loose them, you should get them refunded. I have never encountered a purchase system that had no actual support. Is it possible to get help actually?

People mention contacting support to get points issues fixed like that, I think they usually post a thread in the tech support section and a mod or someone helps them, http://social.biowar...egory/344/index

I'm still having lots of problems with "lost connection to EA servers" happening multiple times each day, and every time i have to fully exit the game and Origin and reload the game to get all my equipment characters and levels back, REALLY trying my patience here!

The same thing is happening to me. Every single time I try to buy a pack, it takes forever to load and then says "lost connection to EA servers." Now it's happening when I'm in the middle of rounds. My internet connection is fine, and my friends say that I don't actually go offline. Total lamesauce.
