Am off on a mission. I tell Jack to activate Squad Warp Ammo. But I then activate (not-Squad) Disruptor Ammo (don't ask why, I just do).

So, I'm shooting with Disruptor, my companions are shooting with Warp.

Then I turn my Disruptor off. Do I automatically get Warp again? Or do I need Jack to deactivate and reactivate Squad Warp Ammo?

Anyone know?

You'll need her to reactivate it. That said just have her activate it and you'll have warp ammo again. The last squad ammo power will be active on your squad's currently in use weapons.
