Cerberus Engineers. I hate those *******s on a deep and personal level. I hate their turrets. I hate the way they place them on my supply pylon, or out near high-traffic areas. I hate the way they repair said turrets, and Atlases. I ******* hate them.

Phantoms, as if having a sword, acrobatics, and invisibility wasn't enough, their hand-pistol does more damage than any weapon in the game and it's ridiculously annoying. Keep everything, just downgrade the damage a bit on those things, it makes them not even fun to play against, honestly.

For Geth: Rocket guys really annoy me. They fire 2 missles in a second, then hide behind cover before you can respond.

For Reapers: Husks, hands down the most annoying. Your trying to kill a Brute and then 4 of them jump you and by the time you kill them all you've got 1 sliver of health left and then a Maurader will shoot you before you can take cover..

For Cerberus: Turrets. Walk around a corner and you're dead before you know it.

The cheating bastard geth rocket troopers... Taking three rockets to the face from something that's currently biotically blasted 30 meters into the air, with its back to you, oh and dead... is just not fun.

Close second place would be the ravager for always, without exception, managing to snipe me from across the map. Me, personally. Every time, despite a krogan standing right in front of the thing, punching it in the sack. And should I, by some miracle avoid that and live to see its demise, I'll dodge something else, straight into the acid pool from the ravager. I don't like ravagers very much.

I like the space magic (biotics) but this is too much.

Phantoms scare me the most. Geth (specifically, Rocket Troopers and Hunters) frustrate me the most, because it feels like their kills are 'cheap'.

Ravagers have probably killed me the most, since they railgun me from across the map while I'm fleeing a Brute or Banshee.

How did I forget pryos? The best stealth unit in the game! You'll be sitting there wearing down a primes or something when suddenly "why am I getting hurt? /life". And good luck getting distance to survive.

At least phantoms and hunters you expect it - it's their thing being stealthy. And the phantoms even have the decency to make a noise when they wander around.

You could also substitute the above post with "every geth unit - even you stomp happy trooper!"

Cerb Engineers. I'm not sure if they're the most brilliant, or the stupidest though. The locations they choose to place those damn turrets just defy explanation at times...

I love Banshees. I would gladly go hug a Banshee before you'd willingly get me to fight Geth.

Unless I'm on my Paladin Geth are just.... I feel like they've got target fixation. The odd time I'll be on a character, doesn't matter how many of my team mates are standing right beside me, or the fact I was just completely hidden in cover - if I show my face, it feels like every Geth in the vicinity turns to face me. It's definitely not noticeable with Cerberus or Reapers, as they tend not to stunlock the #&*% out of me.

Absolutely can't stand them though. 2-3 rocket blasts does not a happy Fury make.

Edit: Specific enemy? Probably Hunters. Rocket Troopers would be up there, but they're not hard to kill. It's just taking two rockets to the face while trying to deal with a horde of other synthetics is quite the punishment.
