I liked Bella, Lady of the Forest, Shianni, Assistant to the Dalish Keeper, Elf guard stopping you at entering Brecilian Forest are among my favourites. I also like the girl, who teaches you the Duelist specialization. Forgot the name though.

Personally I wish we could see some male desire demons. Purple women with nipple clamps do NOT tempt me in any way... I would expect they'd become the gender you most would desire, but I guess hot naked female demon is pretty much a fantasy standard nowadays.
