I am a little confused. I am looking at my sheet and it says I have 36 Dexterity (31+5). Yet, DWM is still not available because I don't have 36 Dexterity (Red letters indicating this). Is it the natural/real number that matter? If so, how come it It lets me wear Juggernaut Armor even though I don't have 38 "Real" Strength?
