My laptop runs Mass Effect 3 pretty well. It does get a little bit laggy sometimes, but I'm sure this is due to the fact that my computer is from 2009, haha.

I was interested in upgrading my video card to help ME3 run more smoothly. I'll be honest, I don't know much about upgrading computer parts or installing them, but I have several friends locally who can help.

Here's what's inside my computer right now:

(please let me know if you guys need any more info than this)

The recommended video card for ME3 is a NVidia GeForce 9800 GT 512MB. I saw this on Amazon for ~$60. I don't have much money to spend, so please keep recommendations around this price if at all possible. I would have bought from Newegg.com, but this item is discontinued there. Also, if there's something else you recommend me having over the video card, please let me know. I want this computer to be as up to date as possible, seeing as I'm not going to be able to get another one for a good long while.

I run ME3 on Windows 7 via Bootcamp.

Thanks again for your help! :)

EDIT One of my good friends has just informed me that I can't change my video card. I just made myself look really stupid, hahaha. :P
