 Hey there, 

i recently downloaded an installed the soldier's peak DLC for origins and all is well untill i try and seal the veil, no matter if i side with sophia or avernus, it happens in both scenarios, I go through the speech and either one will say "I will begin", then speaking ends and they walk towards the summoning circle nearest to the steps leading to the entrance, but before getting to the summoning circle, sophia or acernus will stop and turn around, not in the summoning circle, and just stand there forever, there are no waves of enemies appearing, nothing is happening, i have tried loading the save before, i have tried restarting the game, i have tried switching between avernus and sophia, yet they do the same thing..... what is going on?

Yeah.. same problem here. I got it after i bought the Ultimate edition... with the lose games it didnt happen.. I have found no solution to it... Guess no more Soldiers peak play....

Did either of you have a character "Level-Up" as a result of the xp gained by dealing with the NPCs?

There's a known bug that locks the door of the Summoning Hall when a character (not just your Warden) is pending level-up. This might be similar.

idk, i did experience that locking door one, but i leveled alistair before going in (thats who leveled up for me) and still Avernus stood there with his thumb up his butt
