Even though I used "Export" then "Export without dependent resources" when I wrote my simple additem to inventory script, there is still a ton of stuff in the "Documents\\Bioware\\Dragon Age\\packages\\core\\override\\toolsetexport" folder. The person who wrote the tutorial about making such a script insisted that all files should be removed from this folder for the game to run correctly. Unfortunately, I have no idea what version of the toolset they had, and whether that advice is still valid for the 1.0.1008.0 version that I have (is mine the latest version?)
So could someone please tell me if I should delete the contents of that folder (or rename and create another "toolsetexport" folder that is empty) or if the stuff in there is necessary to run the game when you add some modified items to the game with toolset 101???
My last game crashed out when trying to enter the Redcliff Castle under siege scenario (After the Elf slavery thing and dealing with Logain and all that!) and I am bereft... now I wont be able to kill any darkspawn after all these hours of getting there. So before I start a new game I need to know what to do with the files in that folder so this wont happen again when I get near the end game. Sigh! I wonder if there is any way to put my Hero back into action with the game I almost completed too... but mostly I don't want it to happen again.
With toolset 1.0.1008.0 do you delete toolsetexport contents?
