Really. They don't need to add classes for now. The next package should be the New Faction, a few guns and a map or two.

Or maybe have some civilian nps that you have to get through it forcing you to fight through.
But yeah, would really really love point to point mode.

Yes this has been stated, but I'll add some details. This can be quite a populated faction
Collector Drone - Your average mook. No protections, fires a Collector Assault Rifle.
Collector Guardian - A more fortified Collector. Has higher health and a solid barrier. Capable of deploying shields.
Collector Assassin - Similar to the Guardian, except it fires the Collector Particle Beam.
Husk - Yes we can bring that back too.
Abomination - Oh this unit can screw with people. Once in melee range, boom, bye bye shields and a chunk of health. Maybe even an instant kill?
Scion - Arguably the heart and soul of this faction, much like how the Phantom is the heart and soul of the Cerberus faction. Lots of armour, very difficult to kill, and a love of the Shockwave power.
Praetorian - Here's your boss unit. Tons of armour, tons of barrier, and it fires a laser that can rip through your shields and health.
And there you have it, a new and powerful faction that'll be difficult to take down.
But wait...
ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL.
At given intervals, each Collector sends out a call to an RNG system. Say there's a 1 in 4 chance every so often of a Collector being possessed by Harbinger with him taking the field. He has high barriers and armour. Not only will he fire the Collector gun, but he will mercilessly advance, firing Warp and Singularity too.
And we also can't forget his trademark taunts about how pathetic you are and how you can't stop him. He can also comment on your squad too, offering his opinion on their biology and perhaps your skill as a player.
Restore the Typhoon
If we're going to take on the faction above, we'll need our weapons to be in tip-top shape. Namely this weapon, known for high damage to enemies with armour needs to be restored to its former glory.

Example:
Rescue a hostage.
The first few rounds involve advancing across a map toward your objective. Then, infiltrating a complex (like one of the Firebases). Then escaping with the hostage.
True Role-Play---
As it stands, naming your MP characters doesn't really mean anything.
How about true "career progression" in which you start as a lieutenant (or corporal). You gain rank (as with the old system, except perhaps failed missions count toward level-up-power experience, but not military rank gains). And, with your rank you receive different responsibilities within the team.
For instance, perhaps the highest ranking officer gets to carry the special high-power heavy weapon.
Beyond that, perhaps there is a campaign map outside the current MP structure in which you can develop certain powers, or focus on certain strategic objects ("I want to specialize in Terminus System, becoming "Colonel" gives me additional authority to allocate resources, or go lead special missions, et cetera. Perhaps even I have a "task menu" in which I can select missions I want to accept.
I don't know--brainstorming. Something that puts my characters rank "in game".
As it stands, ME3 Multi-Player is really just a very fancy casual game. 20 minute missions that don't belong to anything grander.

Also I want the N7 Paladin changed to Engineer(because thats what he is) and replaced with a Salarian, Asari, or Quarian Sentinel.

A lot of good ideas in this thread, here's hoping we'll see some of them in this game and maybe a few of the more over-the-top ones in the next installment. Holdenagincourt's hub would have been awesome.
For me:
- A new game mode. Somewhat more linear missions or anything really, just something that will keep this game alive.
- New enemies. Personally I don't think a new faction is necessary and I probably couldn't bring myself to shoot Krogan and Batarians if we got a merc faction. I think they should simply add some enemy types to the factions we already have. A shotgun wielding Cerberus trooper, a geth hopper, some badass reaper variant, there are a lot of possibilites.
classes:
- Geth Soldier
- Turian Adept
- Krogan Engineer
- Salarian Sentinel
- Drell Infiltrator
- Batarian Vanguard
I just thought about whether I could bring myself to shoot a Drell if the indoctrinated were added as a faction
Yes...for some reason I really want to customize my characters' costumes and have them walk around the hub, and talk to a Hanar merchant a la ME...perhaps the glorious return of Delyninder! "Oh this one is pleased to do so, human" (or Asari, Drell, Krogan, etc).
And I could visit your base and comment on how all your costumes need moar hot pink.

Oh, and the little things like characters and maps, they're cool too.
Although varied environments on the same maps isn't a bad idea at all.

Warzone mode - Vast open-ish area, that enemy cannons fire into that you have to dodge on top of defeating the enemy.
Bring back some of the enemies from the previous games. Like Geth Hoppers, Geth Repair Drone, Scions, Praetorians, Thorian Creepers, Cerberus Commando, Cerberus Anti-Tank, etc etc.
Specific Packs - We've already got an Jumbo Equipment Pack, just also have Jumbo Character Pack, Jumbo Weapon/Gear Pack, etc etc.
A 'Hero Pack' for completing Operations - like a pack given to the top 1,000 players that contributed the most during an Operation.

Hopefully this is something BW is working on as a separate title.
But really something to give more life to our MP characters. Perhaps a cut scene of them doing stuff.
