I was in the middle of purchasing a Spectre pack when ME3 suddenly told me it had lost connection to the multiplayer servers and dropped me back to the start menu.
Trying to restart multiplayer took two whole minutes, and I was greeted with a completely empty character list. All my character levels, unlocks and gear -- INCLUDING the pack I'd bought -- are gone.
What the [expletive] just happened, and who do I contact to get this fixed?
Multiplayer disconnected, deleted all my characters

Addendum: They *do* still show up on my multiplayer manifest on the website.
It seems like every time EA updates Origin, the one game I play through it has worse performance and more issues. Could they please, please, PLEASE stop trying?
