Am I doing something wrong, or even if I choose to access as invisible Origin set me as visible when opened?!

And also, why the hell if I manually set my status to  invisible but launch ME3, I magically become "in game" and visible( having then to manually set to invisible again)?!

Seems like the Tactical Cloak bug has infected Origin client as well
