Graphics:Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family
OS: Vista 32-bit Home Premium
Processor: Intel Pentium Dual CPU T3400 @ 2.16 GHz 2.17 GHz

NO if you are using an Intel gpu. Only those from ATI and Nvidia are supported.

im runnin windows 7 ultimate, AMD athlon dual core, nvidia 250gts with 2gb of ddr2 ram. game runs with the graphics turned up to the max with no issues at all

Probably not, most laptops aren't built to accommodate a graphics card and even the ones that do are hardly upgradeable.

Depends on the brand of the laptop. Custom made are more likely to be able to upgrade graphics card.

Most of the time you need to buy a new laptop with good specifications to be able to play properly.

Laptops are not typically designed for gaming.

That $299 laptop, that was on sale at Wal-Mart, is for doing homework and/or surfing the web.
