I was thinking
Player - Mage (in order to unlock blood mage)
Sten (respec mod and changing him into S+S)
Morrigan
Zevran (after completing the first ally mission)
Any other charatecters in the game? Ohren is good aligned, right? How does Shale respond when you carry out evil deeds?

Dog won't bite you, don't worry.

Ah, and yes, Dog is always a good addition to an evil party, he doesn't whine about anything! He just likes to murder and snuggle, like all the best dogs.

I suppose I'll go pick Shale. It takes too long to unlock Oghren and completing Orzammar is difficult.

Plus I think Oghren gets upset when you do evil things (I think he only gains approval when you side with Branka)
As long as you get to kill stuff, he is a happy camper.

Sten isn't evil? I thought he was more malevolent than good (more like neutral-evil but meh).

His sense of good and evil is very different from ours. He's a complicated dude

Shale is a golem who hates organics. Oghren is a warrior / berserker and a decadent piece of work.
Sten is a practical and pragmatic soldier.
There is no "evil" here (or anywhere I might add).

People seriously need to strike the word "evil" out of their vocabulary if they think Shale, Oghren or Sten are "evil".

Well, I share that sentiment, but it is easier not to get into semantics at every point someone mentions evil. The PC can however be evil, since he is a work of fiction that is meant to be that.

The OP clearly explained that he wanted to select evil options over good ones. There clearly are good and bad actions which can be carried out in the game so the use of the term is valid. The OP wants a party in which none of them would object to him selecting such options. Clear as crystal.
Anyway, I agree with the guys. I'd go for:
Morrigan
Shale
Oghren.
Some funny moments when Oghren and Morrigan in the party

You might get surprised with Zevran. I know that he looks like he doesnt care about anything, but that boy has some pretty set principles sometimes too.
I was thinking of Palpatine Evil; i.e. not killing random people unless I know that is the end of the quest line. If Zevran does reject than I think I'll just remove him and add all the lockpick skills through the console. You kind of need lockpick skills in this game especially to finish the minor quests

I think siding with the Werewolves is more of a neutral option. Wouldn't the most evil option be siding with Zharian, even after you know what's really happening?

Main - Arcane Warrior / Spirit Healer (Tanking / Healing Mage)
Shale - Main Tank
Zevran - Ranger / Duelist (respec mod)
Morrigan - Spirit Healer / Blood Mage
My main is a female Elf because I plan on romancing Zevran

Sten - Lawful Evil
Shale - Not evil, but amoral. It's not that she doesn't care, just that shale has become all logic and only wants to see the most efficient route. E.g., why stop to talk with werewolves when you're just a few steps from annihalating them? Why not side with cultists and gain power, as opposed to going against them and gain NO power?
In my current playthrough, I have Oghren and Zevran, and so far choosing good options did not give me disapprovals with either. Only one incident when Oghren wanted Zathrian killed, but he wasn't doing it out of spite, just seeking justice.
Oghren and Zevran are neutral and don't fit the evil party. Maybe Zevran has no morals, but he doesn't go around assassinating people like crazy. He only assassinates his targets.
