But as King I would say Military Aid for Orzammar. Push back the Darkspawn, reclaim Thaigs and if those frenchie Orlesians try to invade they're going to have to deal with Ferelden and the Dwarves.
This is pretty much what my Warden Commander is going to do (being King/Queen is for suckers). I don't know what the Wardens have been doing for the last 400 years without a Blight, but they've clearly been screwing around on the surface while the darkspawn capture women to turn into broodmothers and thereby increase their own numbers. My WC is going to start recruiting and then send units of Wardens to reinforce the Legion. I'd also be clear with potential recruits that I fully intend to try to kill them, whether it's by the Joining or by sending them underground. None of this Ser Jory "I'm going home to my wife after" garbage. It's not all going to suck but they should know up front that domestic life isn't for them. Keep a group of recruiters on the surface, set up a training camp,
everyone else should serve with the Legion. Broodmothers need to be
found and wiped out (and any women serving in the Wardens or the Legion
should be given poison pills in case it comes to that), the blight needs to be burned off the walls, and this effort shouldn't stop, ever.
The Wardens haven't been playing to win and it makes me nuts.
***** SPOILERS FOR THE CALLING *****
Considering that the Architect, at least, knows the locations of the remaining Old Gods, and the Wardens know this secret has been compromised, they need to get it in gear and start the war now rather than wait for the darkspawn to reinforce their position and corrupt more Old Gods.
***** END SPOILERS FOR THE CALLING *****

So, would Morrigan's baby help that effort or hurt it?

That....would be.....FRIGGIN AWESOME.... that or throwing a custard pie in his face before he could utter his dying words, killing both the seriousness of the moment and Arl howe due to suffocation from pastry and cream hehe
If you're going to get the ultimate revenge on your adversary, that would be the way to do it.
Just remember to bring the camera to catch the expression on their face before they bite the big one.

As queen, my first order of business will be to publish a precise description of the Grey Warden initiation ritual and what it entails, and strip them of any right of conscription. They may be needed to fight the Blight, but they should only get volunteers, and those volunteers need to know exactly what they're getting into. They're too secretive, and much too willing to resort to murder to keep their secrets. Yes, the Grey Wardens are not really all that noble or honorable.
Grey Wardens May not be all that honorable, and few among them are actual Nobility, but you forget:
City Elf Origin. The only way to live (especially if you killed Vaughan) is thru the Right of Conscription. The guards would really like to kill you right there.
As for the publication: Expect the Grey Wardens to come and kill you. They do what they must, and no more.

The first woman to land on the moon shall be Anora. By catapult. What an honour!

My second order and general policy as Queen, seeing that I now unite the last teyrn titles in my own person, would be to abolish feudalism and make all titles merely courtesy titles. I am of course taking a cue from my dear friend King Bhelen. The place seems ready for this; the basics of a market economy and light industry are in place.
I'd do this under the auspices of a grandly worded Declaration of the Equal Rights of Human, Elf, and Dwarf.
Most importantly, I'd have my agents make sure that everyone in Orlais knew what I was doing. Make this the talk of fashionable society over yonder. These ideas should bear fruit in due time.

My first act would be to take Anora back to the kitchen and shorten the chain!
Would you really risk eating anything she cooked? Somehow, she doesn't seem like the type who ever took the home-ec course in school.
Not to mention the fact that she's cunning and devious enough to put unpleasant things in your food. And I don't just mean poison, either....
