So... I play ME3 with 3 other friends.  One s in Jersey, one in NC, the other is in Texas.  They don't get to play as often as I do.  The one that plays the most of the other 2 (NC), is unable to play together with me.  If she leads, I dc every few minutes literaly. Can't make it an entire wave most of the time without dc'ing.  If I lead, she glitches out into oblivion.  I have opened ports on the router to no effect. 

When one of the other 2 people play, they lead and we both stay connected for hours on end without problems.  If both are playing then the guy in Jersey must lead, or else the guy in Texas dc's about half way through.

This is very frustrating.  Me and NC gal have been playing mmo's togther since Kunark was released for EQ back in the day.  We have played many different games together without any issues in the past.  We just can't play together in this game, unless someone else is leading the lobby. 

Any ideas how to fix this?
