So, this probably goes unnoticed because it's odd to do what I do with volume, but Dark Channel (or at least the multiplayer version?)  seems to be unaffected by any changed in volume.  So even if I have all the other sliders down to the point where everything is quiet or even silent, Dark Channel still makes it's sound at the same loudness.  Let's just say it leads to some unpleasant surprises when a team-mate of mine has the N7 Fury and I have my television's volume up.

I'm bumping this due to it seriously need's to be addressed, especially for headset users. I literally have to take off my headphones every game I play with a Fury it's unbearable.
