 So I bought 2 Premium Spectre packs and a Veteran pack with BioWare points.

Except I didn't actually get the packs - the "checking for purchases" window came up but the packs themselves never "opened."

If it were in game credits, meh. Unfortunately, this is a real money transaction, so I need to know:

1. If this is the proper place to report the issue.

2. If I can get my points back.

3. If I can get my purchases if the points can't/won't be refunded.

**Exited the game and logged back in, the packs opened immediately upon entering multiplayer. Glad to know that's the fix.**

I was going to make my own post about this, but I have the same problem; the only difference being I bought 2 premium spectre packs, not an additional Veteran pack. It just happened to me, so I would like the same answers to his questions, thanks.

Disregard this post, when I went exited ME3 and went back to mulitplayer, my packs appeared.

Yes, the purchases made with actual BW points take relatively long to process. The packs will open up eventually for you. Happened to me a few day ago. Had to wait about an hour to get the packs to open.
