i got old morrigan up to 100 and she still not willing to teach me shapeshifting what am i doing wrong ? >or will i have to buy the book in the elf store

She stops teaching you if you reach friendly I think. So unless you want to tear her down in approval, the book is the way to go.

I couldn't get her to teach it even before she reached friendly. Odd.

Now I got her to agree to teach me this in Lothering (second or third convo topic) however if you ask her after that she'll say she can but she won't.
