Then how else do you explain my shepards not throwing biotics around if s/he's canonically a biotic?

I believe Kaidan mentioning you are a biotic in ME1 is a bug, like how Toombs talks to you like you picked the SS background regardless of actual choice if you use the charm option on him.

In ME3 however, Kaidan will only mention that you are a biotic, if you picked a biotic class, same with Liara in the time capsule scene.

There are more evidence against Shepard being canoniclly biotic than there is for.

Gameplay and story segregation. Look it up. Arguing otherwise is silly since Shepard gets Dominate but clearly isn't an AY.

Shepard is a biotic and has L3 implants

Though he can choose to not go to be a "extreme" biotic

Nope, look at the timeline, Shepard war born after humans discovered Mass Effect tech (but before they met any other race....second Eezo contamination was right around the same time Shepard was born...thus biotics are canon)

My Shepard is a soldier, no biotic talents, not biotic bonus powers. Kaidan never told me I have biotic talents, Liara didn't say it either. So I guess it means my Shepard isn't biotic. That means Shepard being biotic isn't canon. Being a combat specialist isn't canon. Being a tech expert isn't canon.

i have always. and will always love the hero with the most guns,

I personally think that Infiltrator Sheps are the most "canon". Shepard does not use biotic abilities outside of gameplay. Shepard usually needs to hack, decrypt, and bypass stuff. Shepard is seen using snipers in cutscenes (On Omega in ME2 when you find Garrus and again with Garrus in ME3 when you have that shooting contest). So Shepard is good with tech and can use snipers. Adepts, Sentinels, Vanguards, and Engineers can't use snipers and Soldiers are not proficient with tech.

Even if you choose a non Biotic class for Shepard (Soldier, Engineer, or Infiltrator), He still has access to Biotic Bonus Powers.

so to use those Bonus powers he must have some level of Biotics.

This is strictly gameplay related and has no relation to the actual role. Do you think that just because you sweet- talk a certain character you can suddenly aim better and shoot faster?

Canon is that Shepard was exposed to ezo (acording to mass wikia) but that's it. Whether he actually got some training, implats and developed biotics is up to the player.

I can't even count the times Shepard is using an assault rifile even when s/he isn't a soldier in ME2. And it doesn't matter what Shepard uses in ME3, s/he can use any weapon s/he wants. Besides, the hacking and bypassing stuff doesn't say much. In cutscenes you can even have someone like... Grunt to bypass doors and stuff. I'm gussing it's not that hard to do so in the future. :T

Oh wow. I can't believe I forgot that Shepard uses ARs when he shouldn't be with most classes all the time and I just remembered that he uses his shotgun on Virmire when you confront Wrex. Stupid mistake...

Didn't happen to me. And I talk to him all the time. Got to, if I actually want to romance him.

I am NOT Talking about classes.

Shepard having Biotic Potential does NOT mean he has to be a Biotic class.
