I would be interested to know if it might be included in the game at some point as part of a content patch perhaps, It's not a huge deal too me and I'm not asking for anything pornographic. But I get so tired of seeing video game censorship, I would think a M rating would be equal to a R rating as far as content goes. Why make such a big deal over nudity in video games when it's perfectly alright in any R rated movie isn't Dragon Age geared towards the same audiences?It would be nice to see at some point, I'd pay for that and I'm sure others would as well.

yup, search dragonagenexus.com for the "Natural Bodies" mod. Also gets rid of the underwear/adds genitals to the paperdoll in your inventory screen so... be careful when de-equipping Sten. Some things can never be unseen!

I dont go out of my way looking for those qualities but if I bump into them then yeah I like them indeed

For what already comes in the game, it may as well have pornographic material. with the nudity patch, its as close as you can get without actually having the "chica bow bow". May as well go all the way.

In such an easily offended society, nudity is still dangerous content to put in games. Of course God of War got away with it, including sex as well. Of course this happened off screen in those titles, but nudity and sex are mini-game staples that have been included in all that franchise's titles to date. The point follows.

You also have the media's favorite dead horse, Grand Theft Auto. Personally, I'm not fan of Rockstar games, but I do applaud their approach to adult content and pushing the boundaries of acceptable content in games. Every year games get away with more in content that would have otherwise been considered inappropriate - you have Rockstar's balls-out approach to thank for a lot of that (among damaging things as well, but its a double-edged sword).

Bioware, however, happens to be in Rockstar's sensitive position when it comes to mature content. Ever since Fox decided to portray itself as a disgrace to journalism everywhere (what else is new?), Bioware has had to tip-toe in its content for fear of more stupidity. Rockstar's most famous franchise is now the bane of every non-gamer parent's existence just for the name and its universal relationship to "evil" and not that the medium it represents has matured with its audience.

Bioware has to tread carefully, as not to have its most well-known franchise today become the boogie-man under children's beds... since Rockstar already has the closet.

EDIT: Dante's Inferno, however boring a concept (in my honest opinion), is another title taking acceptable nudity to whole new levels. With penis columns and breasts that shoot out demon babies, we can probably anticipate that one's Bioware's situation from its Fox scandal cools down, nudity may be more likely seen if they become comfortable with the idea.

The Daily Telegraph in Britain had an article on DA:O 'secret gay sex scene', I can only imagine how rabid the media would have got if there was fully nudity as well. Not to imagine how damned immature most people are when it comes to the subject.

Our kids find more nudity by looking at the Sears catalog. I do find this quite immature indeed that the girls always have to be in bras and panties.

But something could be done also in terms of dialogue. Since you can undress the girls and walk around in the city, they could at least kick your bums for doing so, whereby you would loose reletionship points.

But when we are at the camp, why not go "wild" ? Is it not what would happen in real life ? Unless the programmers at BioWare are a bunch of frustrated fellows !!!

Besides, these games are played by people with a certain maturity, 16 and up !

Nudity is so scary but decapitations aren't.

If I could make a video game I'd have the most violetn scene followed directly by a nipple slip and I would be amazed that I'd get protested for the nipple.

The Bible clearly states that pornography and nudity is sin and of the devil. I think that all games should be 100% censored to protect younger gamers. At the very least they should have a option to toggle off the the obscene content that is of the devil. They should ban all sexual content from the gaming industry. You can make a good game without sexual content in it.

But you can also make a really good game with sexual content in it, too. And thankfully (sometimes) we have a rating system so that if you object to this kind of content you can avoid it or at least be forewarned.

I was raised in a baptist background. It made me what I am today. Jesus changed my life forever I was raised in a house with no language, no sexual content, no bad influences. I believe that they should ban sexual content from games to protect younger gamers. Grand Theft Auto was one of the worst game series to ever exist in history. It promotes all the wrong values to younger gamers especially sexual content disrespecting authority figures, bad language, and many other things. I believe that Jesus Christ is the Lord God of all Creation. There are several very good games without sexual content. They need to severly limit what they put in games
