You're becoming more sympathetic by the minute. I've seen many DLC ideas suggesting stuff that would be ridiculously OP, and I can't believe people fail to see that adding stuff that outclasses the old content will ruin the game in the long run. We can have DLC that offers something different, that brings variety to the game and provides lots of fun, without it adding stuff that's more powerful than what we already have. I'm glad you feel the same way.

The fact you went to the extra length of icons for the abilities is great.

My only criticism is that we already have a Batarian sentinel, Asari Vanguard Vorcha soldier and Salarian engineer.

But nevertheless it's definitely one of the best ideas ive seen.


They already have two Asari Adepts, two Quarian Engineers and Infiltrators, but they all play differently from their counterparts.

Taking a nice break from creating all of this content, I decided to test out the exact stats for my Batarian Mauler Heavy Pistol in the Singleplayer using a modified Carnifex (via modifying stats within Coalesced.bin). I only changed the damage, rate of fire, clip size, and max spare ammo. Have to say, it feels and sounds badass. The DPS is mind-blowingly epic, but the recoil was, as expected due to being a modified Carnifex and how it should be, rather high for a fast firing semi-automatic.

Of course, the mag size was severely limiting, and the max spare ammo was of rather short supply. I think the Mauler will fit in perfectly as a Rare heavy pistol in terms of balance.

Remember to have a copy of the original Coalesced.bin in order to play MP and not getting hit by the ban hammer.You are not use for us banned! :police:

I love how much effort you put into this, it looks 100% legit. The synergy between the new custom powers (which, by the way, I LOVE the icons for) and the current powers is awesome, I could imagine a team full of biotics using Lasso and Pulsar in coordination. Imagine the N7 Fury with the Krogan Adept, explosions everywhere! Telsa Field and Biotic Sphere spec'd for the warp effect will be devastating when used right. The Oracle's design and concept look amazing as well, it looks like the Disciple's sister. Somethings may need tweaking, but that's expected of any DLC.

Made me wonder... What if I used Snap Freeze inside the Polonium Grenade cloud, would that trigger a Cyro Explosion? Or must it be activated by Incinerate?

Thanks for the feedback. I was thinking the Polonium Grenade clouds would be more of a fuel source for fire, similar to gasoline or something like that. So it only affects powers that utilise fire or fire explosions.

Nope, the screen only shifts upwards normally. The recoil is actually fairly mild; maybe a recoil increase is needed, but for now, I'm okay with the stats.

Hell to the YES.

All these things sound amazing. I was wanting Terminus mercs for MP for a while, always thought they'd make more sense than protheans people are always rabbiting on about.

Also a new gameplay mode, which the MP SORELY needs.

It's just a shame this'll probably never happen...

its possible it could happen, because the Mercs and Spectres were the most favored in the MP, along with a new game mode

All I know is, after using the N7 Destroyer, I wish I had more opportunities to have a shoulder-mounted missile launcher in the game.
