 i just bought neverwinter nights 2 and my friend made 2 modules and we couldnt find the toolset for nwn2

If you bought it from Steam, there's another hoop you have to jump through, I think you have to download it separately.

With a regular installation, it should pop up as one of the options in the game launcher. The launcher doesn't pop up on my Win7 machine, but you can just poke around in the program files directory and look for the NWN2ToolsetLauncher exe and run it from there.
