Do you guys even READ the change logs? They're all pretty reasonable. There are a lot of increases in our favor as well. Not TONS but there are enough.
Oh wait.. these threads aren't about real rational ... my bad.. carry on.
Bioware nerfs things that people use and buffs things that people don't use. Of course it seems like the nerfs are more significant that the buffs.

It 's not Bioware fault if people only use the flavour of the month.

shockwave needs to get stronger or biotic/electric slash needs to get weaker.
Still hoping for some news on a patch...

I'm not upset with Bioware. I'm just saying that perceptions are based on experience. People experience the nerfs and, generally, don't experience the buffs. Or if they do it's slower.
The shockwave and turret buffs were awesome but it takes time for those effects to seep in. Nerfs have an immediate impact on a lot of players.
And, for the record, the way the Bioware determines what to buff and nerf may make this their fault. I don't know how there processes work, however, on at least one occassion they apparently determined to nerf the infiltrator classes because the infiltrator was overused on Gold.
This suggests that they looked at the logs and said "hey, a lot of people are using the infiltrator as opposed to other classes, the infiltrator must be over powered, let us hit it with the nerf bat." Without opining on whether the nerf was justified or not, that decision to nerf that class was made because it was going to affect a lot of people. The reaction is predictable and, at least in that case, it is Bioware's fault.
Again, I'm not trying to make any opinion about whether any of the nerfs are necessary. I'm just pointing out that peoples perceptions will tend to emphasize changes that affect them (in this case, nerfs).
Anyway getting off topic. I predict the slashes will be nerfed with a longer cooldown.

I think I was agreeing with you, people feels the nerfs because they want to use the "best" weapons and disregard everything that is non-optimal, if they diversified their loadout and didn't care as much for the score they would most likely feel different about the balance changes.
