I still really enjoy the gameplay in general, mixing powers and guns on the fly.
Yeah this is one thing that definitely got me hooked on this game's multiplayer. I love how players can combine classes for awesome effects like the explosions, and how much the game is geared towards dedicated and intricate teamwork. Co-op at its finest.

I enjoy pugs, and the variety of all of it, but one of the best bits is logging in and seeing which of my ME3 mates is playing...and then looking forward to joining a team where even farming can be fun (mind you, anything is fun with a scorpion). As one of the previous posters said, they bought the game for the SP, but then loved the MP. Same here. I think about starting my second playthrough, but once that mulitplayer option appears on the splashscreen, I think., hmm just one or two to get back to 100%, then suddenly it's time to sleep...
Amen.
I was really looking forward to the SP (Wasn't crushed with the ending like so many people) and didn't have high hopes for the Multiplayer (Was a first for the series, so I wasn't going to get my hopes real high).
I have never been so happy to be wrong about something.

I, as well. It took me a couple of months after finishing before I actually tried out multiplayer. I'm never big on the multiplayer side of games after playing things like COD and Halo but this one certainly hit the sweet spot.

I think the reason it hits that sweet spot, is because its not the multiplayer experience like COD and Halo. We already got enough "IM 1337!" Douchebags around, could you imagin adding pvp on top of that? Holy monkey s***.
I mean yea I get that people want more game modes outside of the horde mode (Aint no big, I wouldn't mind a break from horde mode myself) but I don't want the next mode to be a pvp mode, I want it to be another Non-PvP Team mode.
If they added a PvP mode, this is what I forsee in the horde games - "Oh you beat me on the score list? 1V1 ME! 1V1 ME! 1V1 ME!" To which I can only figure one thing to do...

Before the latest SP pack, it was also enjoying new and different weapons (though to be perfectly honest, my Krogan Sentinel runs with a Black Widow and Claymore all the time...) And also enjoying powers that don't exist in the single player game. Shotgun fist (Ballistic Blades) would be so useful in single player.
The Co-op part is also enjoyable, even if it's "accidental" at times, like trying to work a prime-detonate combo with another biotic, or, my favorite, a four Krogan Charge on one poor enemy.
Can't think of anything else yet. Too early in the morning, haven't eaten breakfast yet...

This is a serious topic. Trolls will be flamed. With FLAMING ARROWS!
Now, On to the topic. I love that when you or a team mate get a killstreak, the points go to all members of the squad.
I love how you can finally play as a Krogan, Geth, Drell, Asari, Quarian, Batarian, Ex-Cerberus operative, Non-Shepard N7 Marine.
Good job OP, we needed more threads like this to get away from the rawrs of everyday BSN stuff.

I've played a lot of shooters, and it's ME3 MP somehow that actually has the most character/class nuances. And classes are not pigeonholed like in other shooters that a sniper must be a sniper, a tank must be a tank, etc. You can mix and match a character with powers and weapons to suit your _own_ play style and make it work, which is nothing short of amazing!

I love that melee is effective.
The various races and classes are interesting.
The mixture of powers and weapons offers interesting twists on gameplay.

The pace of the battles.
Level design.
Oh, and that crunchy squelch when I take someone's head off.
