Well, like the title states. My Bioware purchasing has gone wrong. Basically I spent my bioware points on ME3 Premium Spectre packs and wasn't given the packs. If someone from Bioware can see this, please give assistance.

You ( We ) are one off many, I bought 5 SPS packs and get 3.
