Bioware Points taken by store but no items given. *FIXED*

 Hi,

I just recently started playing MP again and spend 240 Bioware points on a premium spectre pack, unfortunately I wasn't awarded with anything, there was no failure message of anykind, no disconnections etc, I purchased a veteran pack with regular credits immediately after and got the usual items one would expect. What if anything can I do about this?

Edit Seems a restart of Origin solved the problem for me.

I spent some money on 1600 biopoints and I did not get every PSP pack the points are gone.

Who can help to check???

This just happened to me as well, but as Biosphereks said, a reboot of ME3 did the trick and I was awarded my pack upon accessing multiplayer

Not helps for me. Spend 99000 in-game credits on Psp. Creds was taken, i reboot all, even a comp, but don't have my pack. Nice job bioware.

 It seems I have to reboot every time I buy with Bioware? Damn Bio, you should fix this. This is the only way your making money and I sure in heck won't buy Bioware points again. I think I may call my credit card company and reject the payment and keep the points. kk ty

I can't access the e-support for some reason either. My name/pass is rejected each time. Possibly same issue for you guys?

Having just experienced this myself on two purchases of Premium Spectre packs, I must say that I am deeply disappointed with ME programming and support for customers. I would hope that this kind of problem would be addressed in this forum and fixed for us.

Until then, I will continue to play multiplayer and enjoy all the maps and enemies that I encounter.

Noticed you put *FIXED* in the forum title, it is technically not fixed... Origin is designed to run at lengths end and should not require restarting each time this happens. I can assure you if you had the issue before with it not completing the purchase you will have it again as many others here can atest to. While i agree with Origin being the cause of the bug.
I personally have the newest version and restart the software on a daily basis and it still does the failure quite often. This issue is listed in the bugs list forum in my signature

Same for me today. Lost 2 PSPs and 1VP using Bioware Points.

Origin live chat was helpful and said they could see where I purchased the items but also could not see them in my account. They were unable to add them and have escalated to "higher team" and to expect a response in 24-48 hours.

No hurry on my part, so that's fine. I've noticed this quirk about the store, of late. Buy your thing, nothing. Restart ME3 multiplayer, get you're thing.

Problem for me was a disconnection from EA servers somewhere in all of that :)

Since I used "real money", I'm reasonably confident that they'll help me out. Else, I suppose lesson learned, don't spend any more "real money" on these things and save that for DLC.

I'm seeing it as well - decided to pony up the $$ to catch up on a few weapons I'm lagging behind on.

Purchase a PSP - it goes back to the store menu but no cards are given. Purchase a 2nd pack - nothing and it just sits on 'please wait'. Alt-F4 and fire up ME3 MP again - I get 2 lots of cards for the packs I've bought. Frustrating as hell.

Seems to only have started happening after the latest Origin update.

Have fun with a possible criminal sentence for committing credit card fraud.
