I finished Mass Effect 3 playthrough on Insanity, but the game crashed on me at Priority: Earth, right after I made the decision to destroy the Reapers. I reloaded the previous save and completed the game. The Insanity trophy popped, but Unwavering did not. The menu shows a game completion of 27/27 missions on Insanity, but the trophy is blackened out, and there is no Unwavering Trophy on my trophy list. I have replayed this last save multiple times, but Unwavering refuses to pop. My question is whether this will prevent me from ever earning the Unwavering Trophy, and ultimately the platinum trophy in ME3. I don't think replaying the game on Insanity will help, since I've already fulfilled the requirement and completed the missions 27/27 LOL.
