A cutscene after you defeat Zevran for turning on you would be a nice closure to that part of the story.

He turns on you if his approval rating is low, and sides with you if it is high.

How low? My first playthrough I had him at +20 or +30 warm and he still didn't turn on me.

If your not born Female, you call me handsome, I kill you! Really simple!
If only things were so cut and dry in real life as well

You know, a polite, "Thanks, but I don't swing that way" is more than sufficient. It works on straight people, gay people, dead people, and even some crazy people.

QFT. Most men could not stand what a reasonably attractive woman has to put up with and get annoyed when women react that way to THEM. Hah, when sexual harassment was a huge topic and men were all confused about it, I would just tell them not to treat a woman in a way that would upset THEM if a man were to treat them that way.

I am guessing neither gender calls you that very often.

Actually I think the men sort of turned the tables and sued women back on the most minor of things. A long time ago in the newspaper, a woman just said something flirty to a male colleague, and a male manager who overheard it filed sexual harrassment on that woman. The colleague said he didn't mind, but well sexual harrassment is sexual harrassment.
In another newspaper example, I remember in a debate, all the male debater said was "Let me come in, let me come in just a bit". That's considered sexual harrassment, and some females went to the streets to rally up women about the problem, when even females in the debate defended the man and said he was by nature a funny guy who joked a lot. But hey, sexual harrassment is sexual harrassment.
No one is arguing that sexual harrassment is wrong, it is indeed a problem. But the problem is, what really qualifies as sexual harrassment? Some women consider the most minor of things sexual harrassment, and they filed lawsuits like water without trying to settle things first.

You know even in the days where harassment was rampant I don't think every man thought it was a great idea to smack wimmins in the bottom, demand that they sleep with their for promotions or otherwise be the GOD of her carreer advancement.Original182 wrote...

Just like today most women refrain from frivolous lawsuits.
There will always be a few folks of either gender who are overtly defensive, or overtly aggressive about everything from race to gender to sexual preference. But most people consider that it is worth the price so that those genuinely affected by such deeds are not denied a chance for protection because some idiot decided to get all sue-happy.

I suspect we'd more likely be reading your obituary than how you wound up in jail. If you did wind up in jail, Bubba would have a field day, and you would be changing your name to Jennifer. I had a friend once with your attitude, and he went rolling gays. He spent two days in the hospital. It took me 6 months and a keg of beer to get the story out of him. Turns out that just because your little stereo type says that gay people are all efeminite and helpless, that can be far from true. He said the guy he tried to roll had told him he enjoyed two things in this world, "sucking **** and kicking ass". My friend found out that the latter was definitely true.Kalfear wrote...

Yeah, we grew up together. I'm not going to kick friends to the curb simply because we disagree on something, and besides, his attitude did shift a bit after that incident. It's not like we knew any gay people at the time. Unfortunately, he didn't learn about not running his mouth too much, and we buried him a year or so later, he was gunned down on the street in front of his wife.Creature 1 wrote...

Zevran: I can't believe I failed twice on the same mark.
PC: I can't believe you were stupid enough to think you could beat me.
Zevran: So what now?
PC: Now I kill you, slowly

I am also very hetero and not in the least bit interested in same sex relationships. Not because of homophobia, but because it doesn't feel like fun, more like a chore. That's what it felt like when my girl tried to get a romance going with Lelianna. It was no fun, it felt forced, and I quit midway to choose Zevran (as usual). Even though it was Zevran who ratted me out to Lelianna initially, lol.
However, Lelianna, after initial sadness, was ok with my PC's choice, and became a friend. Is that not so with Zevran? I mean, in RL with my circle of friends and acquaintances, which include LGB and even a T, saying 'no' has always been good enough.
Edited because spelling is an art
