Just wanted to add, that Father Superior is a dick. I am doing this for one singular reason....the chronicles of time.

Before this thread is lost to the chronicles of time, and lost forever, I want to state that Father Superior is a dick. His screename alone would be adequate proof. When this thread is found thousands of years in the future by an intelligent sentient species researching the long-extinct human race, they will know that the one known as ManRightChea has come to the conclusion that the one known as Father Superior is a dick.

That is all.

I wasn't referring to him, I was referring to you. Do your worst clown.

Why is he a dick? Because you disagree with him? Because he is one of the few here who can put up a debate filled with logical structure and dynamics? Because he calls people on on their clear faults when they attempt to counter-arguement, whose arguements are so ridicoulous - especially when their arguement  has already been addressed in the very first post of this thread?

How wise of you to come to this conclusion that he is a dick. Surely you are a man/woman/whatever, whose opinion based on ignorance should be warranted?  Yes, I'm sure whatever advanced civilization that comes across this thread will see how much of a pompous ignorant fellow you are to come to such a rash conclusion on an individual you hardly know.

Javik will now show you to the airlock, good day.

You are hardly qualified to a judge of character. You are the type of person that puts their fingers in their ears when they hear a logical well constructed rebuttal to your arguments. I have been reading these thread pages, you specifically are very rash and quick to ad hominem childish responses to very logically sound debates.

You make yourself even less credible when you react with hostility and call people primitives over and over due to not personally liking the arguments one is making, and yes I am well aware that Javik uses the term multiple times throughout the SP campaign.

Point to one instance to where Father_Superior "put his fingers in his ear" or "ad-hominem" responses.

I am certainly in a better position to judge one's character when everything you described is a clear antithesis to my goal with this thread. I named it  Pro-thean ARGUEMENTS for a reason. I even explicilty stated this in the OP: "I welcome the Anti-Prothean crowd to express their opinion. I only ask that you keep things civil"

something to which you clearly are not capable of. You have contributed nothing to this thread but an insult. I should report you to the moderators for flaming another poster here.

I wasn't referring to him, I was referring to you. Do your worst.

Maybe Bioware could make one or two Prothean character classes to begin with: an engineer and an adept, both sharing a 'new' racial power.

The power could be a hack which interferes with reaper or collector organics by disrupting communications signals. If that sounds mad then it probably is! But I feel featuring the Protheans as a race that all shares a special attribute would be awesome sauce!

I want to say something positive, but I can't.

I like having Javik as hte last prothean because it gives him value and teaches up a lesson of a warrior and what you can miss.

MP wise, I'd like to see powers but with protheans running around every other match they lose their credibility of being awesome (lots of people like to kiss concrete). Cloning ancient ancient DNA is like trying to bring the dinosaurs back - major complications, plus they'd have to reconstruct an entire DNA sequence, anyhow no one but the few people in hte Alliance even know that Javik is alive.

As far as MP goes, it would be interesting but not worth it. Backlash from the community would spam the threads, as for OPs/Nerfs, and BioWare would've created a HUGE problem. Volus work because they're in the game, and mostly fit in lore-wise (I don't understand a Volus vanguard to be honest.) So I'd like to say yes, but no.

Also...

"The only race capable of cloning the Protheans are Reapers. Oops."

Not true.

Uh, I think you're mistaken. Reapers ARE the only ones who can clone protheans because they destroyed the prothean DNA to reconstruct for hte collectors.  And I think one cannot forget that the Reapers have existed for BILLIONS of years, plenty of time to develop a perfect cloning and have no need for them, since most of the species acquired are developed into Reapers themselves.

I don't see your arguement there. Reapers once cloned them, but they assimilated them into the collector variant.

I'd rather have him die 20 times in SP, than see thousands of dead protheans lying around Gold matches.

Okay, so I can never play MP with the rest of the MP community again because BioWare decided to cave in and completely obliterate the entire message of the trilogy, and I did not want a part of it?

No. Just stick a Particle Rifle on a Huntress and color her green. Boom, Prothean female.

I'd rather see him die 400 times than see thousands of dead Protheans lying around Silver matches.

And I'd rather Javik died forever if he ever goes down than see a Prothean missile-glitching.

Multiplayer already obliterated the message of the trilogy. Hell Leviathin obliterated it even more.

Galactic unity and the need to harness our differences to learn that we really are not all that different, something the Protheans failed to learn and died for it?

How is that obliterated by multiplayer?

He was not just stating his opinion, he INSULTED him on a personal level. And yes that is bannable as it counts for flaming, and no, I am not in the wrong for taking offense from having a friend of mine insulted.

No, let's clear something up. There is a difference from having a negative opinion of people i.e ( Ithink Father Superior and xSNPx ZoDiaC are both dicks, and annoying people). This is an example of an opinion. Here is an example of a personal insult ( I think xSNPx ZoDiaC is a worthless meth addict that contributes nothing to the BSN forums but annoying pandering and begging). See the difference, and yes, lo and behold, I am still  very much here.

I am not obilgated to like you or him or anyone on BSN really. So you may as well get used to it.

congratulations, youre a freakin genius, you took an ethics class.

No every post I make is not derogatory towards someone, I am just quick to let others know that the importance they believe they should have in the minds of others is nonexistent.

You know, I am glad I am the type of person I am. There exist in this world certain types of extroverts with such a sense of self-entitlement, ego and self importance, that they constantly believe that anyone that disagrees with their belief is somehow flawed, stupid or flat out wrong. This is not the case.  Everyone is entitled to an opinion, this is a forum after all, a place for social interaction and debate.  None the less, even if one has a strong opinion, it does not make it right or more valid, nor does it make the opposite opinion that another person may have wrong or invalid.

Too many people have this notion and have yet to encounter someone that is blunt enough to tell them.
