Yeah that sounds more likely. However, Gamescom goes on until the 19th so you never know.

I could see Bioware doing a panel like PAX there but not "officially" announcing DA3. That might happen. Hopefully it does because PAX revealed so nice details about the hypothetical DA3...

That post was shut down.  Where did they pull that info from anyway?  Did the butler take it from the Divine's private documents and is now in a templar jail awaiting trial?

The OP was doing game testing for another company (what and and company she said she was unable to release) but she did link the companion bios. They were incredibly simple and lacking in real detail of anything.

Also GamesCon will have no news on DA3. Heard it from your official Making Things Up source, Fast Jimmy.

lets wait and see, if they really want to announce it then tomorow will be the day to do it or they do it on thursday but i don´t think so... because I would show it big time or only for the press so there is no way to hide it from the press guys tomorrow

if not, then we will have to wait for PAX or E3 again ^^

either way we all know that DA3 will have an official announcment soon -> its an obpen secret that its under development

Well, I figure there will probably be some sort of news or announcement before the year is out. For now all we can do is play the waiting game and see what sort of question they'll ask us this month.

They announced ME3 at the VGAs in 2010. They will do it for DA:3

They announced ME3 at the VGAs in 2010. They will do it for DA:3

yep they're always on at december.I reckon Dragon Age 3 and Fallout 4 will be the two big games announced.

Yeah, that sounds more likely. That way they can kick off the new year with a shiny new DA3 forum.

Timing wouldn't really add up then. Games announced or unveiled at the VGAs mostly release about 1 year out. By most accounts, nextgen consoles will probably come out late 2013- maybe Fall 2013.

I can't see EA announcing DA3 in December and then releasing in the Spring- thats too soon.  Summer? Summer is a dead zone for big game releases. That leaves Fall...which is post E3 when new consoles will be hogging up all the news.

I'm guessing its possible they release DA3 on nextgen and on existing consoles. I imagine many games end up doing that next Fall. The install base on existing consoles is too big to ignore.
